​سماجی تعلقات میں مکالمے کی اہمیت

دوسروں کے ساتھ اچھے تعلقات بنا کر رکھنے کی صلاحیت ایک ایسی صلاحیت ہے جو اعلیٰ انسانی خوبی قرار دی جا سکتی ہے۔ وہ لوگ جو سماج میں اعلیٰ رتبوں پر فائز ہوتے ہیں ان میں صلاحیت ہوتی ہے کہ وہ لوگوں سے اچھے تعلقات بنا کر رکھتے ہیں اور وہ ایسا صرف اپنے عہدوں کی بنیاد پر نہیں کرتے بلکہ ان کی کامیابی اور سماجی مرتبے کی وجہ ہی بنیادی طور پر یہی ہوتی ہے کہ وہ ہر قسم کے لوگوں سے بآسانی میل جول بڑھا سکتے ہیں۔ گھریلو اور دفتری تعلقات کے علاوہ انسان کو بہت سے دیگر تعلقات بھی نبھانا پڑتے ہیں۔ دوستوں اور شناساؤں کے علاوہ کتنے ہی ایسے لوگ ہوتے ہیں جن سے روز آپ کا واسطہ پڑتا ہے۔ مثال کے طور پر لفٹ مین، مالی، گھریلو ملازم اور گارڈ وغیرہ۔ بازار جائیں تو وہاں دکانداروں، سیلزمینوں اور ان کے مددگاروں سے بات کرنا ہوتی ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ وہ گوالا جو آپ کو دودھ دینے آتا ہے، وہ ڈاکیا جو آپ کے خط گھر چھوڑنے آتا ہے اور وہ دھوبی جو آپ کے کپڑے دھو کر گھر دے جاتا ہے اس سے بھی ملنا پڑتا ہے۔ اگرچہ یہ تعلقات گہرے نہیں ہوتے اور انہیں متعین بھی نہیں کیا جا سکتا مگر بہر حال یہ سب تعلق ہماری زندگی کا حصہ ہیں جو اگر زندگی سے نکل جائیں تو کئی قسم کی مشکلات سے ہمارا پالا پڑ جائے۔ زیر تبصرہ کتاب " سماجی تعلقات میں مکالمے کی اہمیت " پاکستان میں متعین سعودی عرب کے سفیر محترم المقام عبدالعزیز ابراہیم الغدیر صاحب کی عربی تصنیف "الحوار والتواصل" کا اردو ترجمہ ہے۔اردو ترجمہ محترم سعید الرحمن صاحب نے کیا ہے۔اس کتاب کو انہوں نے پاکستانی معاشرے کے نام منسوب کیا ہے اور اس میں سماجی تعلقات میں مکالمے کی اہمیت کو واضح اور اجاگر کیا ہے۔ اللہ تعالی سے دعا ہے کہ وہ مولف کی اس کاوش کو قبول فرمائے اوران کے میزان حسنات میں اضافہ فرمائے۔آمین​
